Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening or operating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this term is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits through third parties are not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements linked to a bonus have not been met.

Suspicious Transactions

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳28,000 or more and receive a bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• benglwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

VIP Program

benglwin's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%. Tier advancement is determined based on player activity. The terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

Fraudulent Activities

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability to influence game outcomes.
• Gaining an advantage through collaboration with other users (collusion).
• Opening or operating an account under a false identity.

Money Laundering and Illegal Activities
